How long does shipping take?
We offer 2-3 day shipping on all orders. Please note that processing times may vary based on order volume, but we work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
What happens if there’s a shipping delay?
While we strive to meet our shipping timelines, we are not responsible for extended delays caused by shipping carriers. Refunds will not be issued for such delays.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Once your order is placed you will not be able to cancel your order.
How can I track my order?

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Our Return Policy and Process
We do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the product, such as damage or defects. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
